A&B Labs has announced a reorganization aimed at streamlining operations and
positioning the company for long-term growth. A&B Petroleum Testing, A&B Industrial Hygiene, and A&B Food Testing have experienced exceptional growth as divisions of A&B Environmental Services, Inc., providing testing services to a diverse range of clients. To better serve these clients and support the next stage of growth, these divisions will be spun off into a new organization named AGT Labs (AGTL), based in
Houston, Texas, effective March 1, 2025.
“This reorganization is part of our strategic plan to position AGT Labs solidly in the market and enhance our ability to serve our clients. It reflects our commitment to adapting to evolving market demands and strengthening our position in the industry,” says Dr. Ram Ramakrishnan, President and CEO of AGT Labs.
The new AGT Labs will offer robust capabilities in food, industrial hygiene, and
petroleum testing. With extensive testing experience, it will serve clients in various sectors, including chemical manufacturing, consulting, engineering, energy, pulp and paper, food manufacturing, refineries, as well as local, state, and federal agencies.
