HOUSTON, TX: A&B Labs has acquired Apex Analytical, LLC (“Apex”) of Tempe, Arizona
effective January 2, 2024.

A&B Labs is a Houston-based full-service laboratory with capabilities for environmental testing, Food and Petroleum testing. A&B Labs was founded in 1988 by Dr. Ram Ramakrishnan and has since accumulated extensive environmental testing experience serving clients ranging from chemical, manufacturing, consulting, engineering, energy, pulp and paper, food manufacturing, refineries and local, state and federal agencies.
Apex Analytical, LLC was founded by Robert Woods in 2010. The firm specializes in ICP-MS elemental analysis, trace metals and inorganic testing. It has maintained its clients by exceeding their expectations by providing personalized, accurate service in a quick manner.
