AmSpec Acquires A&B Environmental Services: Expanding into Environmental Testing
Cranbury, USA, July 17, 2025 – AmSpec Group, a leading global testing, inspection, and certification
company, is pleased to announce the acquisition of A&B Environmental Services, Inc., dba A&B Labs,
one of the most accredited environmental testing laboratories in the United States. This strategic
acquisition reinforces AmSpec’s commitment to delivering exceptional quality environmental services to
customers across various industries in the United States.
With the growing demand for environmental testing services, we will now be able to offer a broader
range of high-quality services to industries such as chemical manufacturing, consulting and engineering
firms, energy, pulp and paper, petroleum refining, as well as local, state, and federal agencies.
